Commercial Fire Damage to a Condo

This storage/utility area in a small condo in Cutler Bay was severely damaged by fire. The gas powered water heater ignited and torched the surrounding stored personal property items. The SERVPRO  Fire & Smoke Restorations Technicians developed a plan to remove the non-salvageable items and building materials (including the culprit water heater) before cleaning up the residual smoke and slightly charred remaining assets. We verified that the proper RH had been reached, and then lightly fogged the area to remove the remaining vestiges of smoke odors. We installed new batten insulation and finished the cleaning. The condo association was pleased with our professional finish to the job. We service many condos and property management companies for water, fire, or mold problems.
