Hail storm damage

After picture when the ceiling had been removed and the studs dried.

Damage by Storm

Sufficient water rushed into this property in Cutler Bay to saturate the carpeting in the hallway and also to wick up the drywall. We removed that section of paneling since the material was not salvageable, and also for drying purposes. Our green devices are at work to complete the restoration service.

Storm Water Damage

This photo shows the aftermath of some demolition from a property damaged by storm water. The pool of water you see was sitting underneath carpet that had to be ripped up. We then extracted the water and installed our specialty drying equipment.

Residential Storm Damage

The level of devastation was unlike anything we had ever seen before, and we were happy to have been down in the area to help residents get their homes properly cleaned and disinfected so that rebuild efforts could begin.

Storm Equipment

We don’t only use air movers and dehumidifiers when working a storm event. We use larger equipment to move forward more quickly and have everything to normal status faster. Our franchise has access to desiccants, portables and dragons. Extracting and drying in a larger scale made easier.

Hurricane Season 2019 Is Here!

Hurricane season is currently underway. For the Atlantic, the season begins June 1 and runs through November 30.The Eastern Pacific hurricane season began in mid-May and also ends November 30.

Hurricanes can be life-threatening as well as cause serious property-threatening hazards such as flooding, storm surge, high winds, and tornadoes. While the primary threat is in coastal areas, many inland areas can also be affected by these hazards, as well as by secondary events such as power outages as a result of high winds and landslides due to rainfall.

Preparation is the best protection against the dangers of a hurricane. Plan an evacuation route and your emergency plan, take inventory of your property, and take steps to protect your home or business.

For more information and preparation tips, visit the Ready campaign website at www.ready.gov/hurricanes.

Bad Winds and Rain

Due to a bad storm at this home in Bethesda the insulation in the attic got wet and caused the ceiling to collapse. The rain water and wind beating on the roof caused a leak that spread and flooded the entire attic. This in turn caused the attic floor filled with the wet insulation to fall onto the floor below.
